Return & Exchange Policy
In general, once an order is placed, requests for cancellation or modification will not be accepted.
In general, all sold items are non-refundable.
The delivery timeline for pre-order items depends on the supplier. Refund requests will not be accepted after order submission.
If an order cannot be fulfilled due to stock shortages or sold-out items, you will be notified immediately and receive a full refund.
Return Guidelines:
Customers must read and fully understand the Terms & Conditions before placing an order.
Once an order is confirmed, cancellation or refund requests based on personal reasons will not be accepted.
By ordering products through our shop, you agree to and are bound by these Purchase Terms & Conditions.
Please ensure that the product and its packaging remain intact. Returned items must be unopened, unused, and free from damage or malfunction caused by human factors. The original packaging (including outer packaging bags) must be preserved in full; otherwise, returns will not be accepted.
All accessories and original packaging included upon delivery must be returned together with the item.
If the item is out of stock, it will be exchanged for another item of equal value. If the chosen replacement item has a higher value than the original, the customer must pay the price difference. If the replacement item has a lower value, no refund will be provided for the difference.
After inspecting the returned damaged item and supporting documentation, we reserve the right to refuse a refund, return, or exchange.
If a return or exchange is approved, regardless of the reason, we reserve the right to charge an administrative or handling fee.
Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Conditions:
Except for damage issues, sold products are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
Items that have been opened or used, or damaged due to human factors (e.g., dirt, malfunction, breakage, wear and tear, abrasion, scratches, or stains).
For hygiene reasons, products that have been opened or used cannot be returned or exchanged.
Minor damage to outer packaging that does not affect the quality of the product itself.
Returned items with damaged/incomplete packaging or missing accessories.
Items explicitly marked as non-returnable.
Refunds are not accepted for personal reasons (e.g., selecting the wrong style/color or dissatisfaction with the actual product).
Returns or exchanges will not be accepted if products fail to meet personal preferences or expectations.
Natural characteristics of leather materials (such as textures, color variations, minor indentations, etc.) are not considered defects and fall outside the scope of returns and exchanges.
Refund requests due to shipment or delivery delays caused by supplier schedules will not be accepted.
Return Procedures:
If you discover product damage upon receipt and require a return, please contact Customer Service within 24 hours of receiving the goods. Please provide relevant details, including your Name, Order Number, Contact Phone Number, Name of the Return Item, Reason for Return, and Product Photos (showing front, back, sides, and damaged areas).
Items can only be repackaged and returned to us after confirmation by our Customer Service team. Cash refunds are not available.
Customers must arrange for a third-party logistics service to return the item, and all shipping fees must be borne by the customer.
Refund Method:
All refunds are processed in HKD. Our company assumes no responsibility for exchange rate differences or bank fees incurred during refunds.
